Convert an Agency User into a Case Worker
To convert an agency user into a Case Worker, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Users list (Figure A).
2. Select the user you want to convert A1.
3. Navigate to the Permissions tab B1.
4. Find and enable the Case Worker permission B2.
5. Save the changes B3.
