In-Kind Pro is all about getting in-kind out of the way so that you can get on with with the incredible work you do. We have two versions of our app. Our tablet-based version for centers and classrooms. This version is made to have multiple users and donors. In-Kind Pro Donor is our phone-based app for donors and parents. This system is designed around a single user with no tedius logins to remember and a simplified interface. Both versions are available for Android and iOS devices and all connect to our easy to use cloud-based reporting tool.
Donor Version
We made it super simple for parents to download the app from their App Store, get configured with their information, and start submitting in-kind. Registration is as quick as pointing their camera at a QR code.
Staff can direct parents to the exact types of in-kind items using our transaction templates.

Our multi-user tablet app is made for busy centers. This version enables centers and classrooms to enter data for multiple parents, Prepare transactions ahead of time or enter them on the fly in real time.
All donated items can be logically arranged in categories and subcategories to make it easy to to drill down into a particular item for quick data entry.
Both version rely on the same backend data so set it once and done.

How much does it cost?

Does this interface with our child management system?
We can import donor details from your existing system by uploading a .csv file, but otherwise no. In-kind and non-federal share are part of your financial systems. We have built reporting to make it easy for program accounting staff to simply export reports to Excel and then group and filter the data any way they need to.
What about support?
Support is included with our subscription plans via phone or email. We take pride in addressing concerns as quickly as we can and have updated the system continuously since we started.
How do we start?
After subscribing, our implementation team will work with your program to collect and define the types and value of the in-kind you are presently collecting. We will work with your team to build out the categories and subcategories of donated products and services and work with you through deployment.
